We warranty all our mechanical and electrical parts with a 60 day guarantee. In the unlikely event that you receive a part that is not working the warranty covers the defective part or parts only and does not cover any labour costs you may have for fitting and/or removing of parts.
If you are unsure as to if a certain part will fit your vehicle then please call beforehand to check compatibility with your vehicle as any parts ordered incorrectly will be refunded for the price of the part only and does not cover postage and packing.
14 Day Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your van part purchase, you can return your undamaged part to the Bradford workshop within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The part must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was purchased, with all the accompanying parts still attached and completely unaltered. Yorkshire Van Breakers will not refund return postage nor any costs for fitting the part into your vehicle.
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) and have deemed it to be in the same condition in which it was sent. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
For cheque/money order/ direct deposit payments, you will need to provide us with your bank details, please allow up to 10 days for us to post the refund to your account.
